HELP!!!!

I have been locked out and unable to use my Hot mail account since my return from overseas. I have contacted the so called help desk but to no avail, they have told me I have not provided enough/required information to verify I am who I say I am to their satisfaction. I am still attempting to rectify this situation but have become very frustrated and angry as my need for access to my E-mails becomes greater and the time without longer. I am asking for any and all help and or suggestions as to a way to remedy this. I have been unable to find a number so I may call someone but have not found one; I thank you for your assistance in this matter of upmost importance to me.

Did you tie your hotmail account to a secondary email address? If you did you can reset the password via the other email account.

That is about the only thing that comes to mind other then the secret question/answer.

Yep, Gmail is better. Of course, that's not going to help you access your existing emails.

What information is the Help Desk looking for that you can't provide?
