After I retire from the Navy I will be attending college in the twin cities area of Minnesota, do any of you live nearby? I could come by and say hello.

I have not decided on a major as of yet, I will start by taking the basics and decide on one later.

I live just outside the Twin Cities area, and am originally from the Cities. Where are you going?

I am about 40 minutes from Vadnais Heights. What I meant to ask, though, is "which college"?

I will investigate when I get there, as of now I do not know which one I will attend.

O.K., that raises some questions . . . So you are moving to to Twin Cities to go to college, but you do not know which one? Why the Twin Cities, then? There is obviously more to this story!

By the way, the Marcus theatre with the "Ultrascreen" that I have mentioned will be no more than 10-15 minutes away from you, depending on what part of Vadnais Heights you will be in. And, of course, the poker game in Fridley will be no more than 20 minutes away!

Do you have any idea of what you'd like to study, Max?

That is one of my biggest problems now, I am unsure as to what I want to major in. Possibly something in the computer or management field but really unsure at this time.

That will, needless to say, impact your choice of school. You will have many to choose from withing driving distance, however.

That is true, there are many schools close to where I will be living.

Surely some schools are better than others. I would imagine that the University of Minnesota would be the first choice, or are there better?

Depends on the major. St. Thomas, for instance, has a better music program. But for computers I am honestly not sure where would be best.
