I know; I was joking about the paint job. But while there is at least an argument to be made about the value of the bling and construction quality in a desktop, the extra money for a laptop that is the exact same basic platform with the identical components inside is a bit more difficult to accept.

It was scheduled to arrive last Tuesday. I had it shipped to work as it needed a signature, and as it turned out it (should have) arrived while we are on vacation. We left a message for the person who is house-sitting for us to run up to the plant and get it, but with the lousy cell phone coverage we have been getting we have not talked to her yet to see if it all worked out.

This is one of the sickest pc cases I have seen in a long time. It also comes with quite a price tag.
