Moon anyone?
We gonna have a moon appreciation thread or never mind?
I still do make an effort to appreciate the moon when out and about.

Re: Moon anyone?
I still like the moon, it was gracious enough to take a back seat last weekend so the Perseid meteor showers could be seen better. That's class.
Re: Moon anyone?
Somehow, the moon just does not seem as Super as . . .

Re: Moon anyone?
We need a joint thread where moon and sun can coexist.

Hey, you said "joint" thread -- if that does not get Bastage involved, nothing will!

Need more sunrise as well. It is staying dark longer in the mornings already. Feels like summer has ended.

To some, it feels like summer never started in my neck of the woods. It has been fairly cool and wet this year.

Re: Moon anyone?
I worry about the time that the sun comes up more than the temperature. I would be happier if there was no Daylight Savings Time.

Agreed. That is an annoying concept.

Re: Moon anyone?
What bothers me is that when the sun is coming up in the morning in spring and I can finally bicycle outisde before work, then it kicks in and it is too dark again. In the fall, it generally rolls back just when it is getting too cold to bicycle outside anyway, so it frustrates me either way.

You could move to Saskatchewan. They don't participate in daylight savings. No, doesn't sound like a good idea to me either.

Arizona does not do DST either, but I would not want to live in Arizona or Hawaii.

I have never been to Hawaii, but it doesn't look half bad. I hear they have smoke monsters there.

I have always been intrigued by Kauai.
I am over half-way through Season 6. It's a bit different.

Too true!!! I vote for Kauai though.
Re: Moon anyone?
Two votes for Kauai. With our membership count where it's at, that could be enough for a majority.

Note that one could argue that you were talking about the big island and that you mentioned nothing against the island of Kauai.
