Bastage dropped by to say hello, but has not been back since. And many of the folks I had contacts for I have either misplaced or the contacts are no longer valid. I do have Titi's contact info, though. I need to give him a shout.

By and large, Facebook is what you make of it. It is easy to hide all of the game notifications and other stuff.

I use it primarily as a way to reach people with whom I have lost contact, but it also does make an interesting alternative form of communication, rather like a forum.

I understand the first use. It is quite good for that, or so I've heard. And I understand it as a communication tool as well. It's kinda like a scooter. I understand the value, but I'd never ride one.
